Amazing ambiance drinks and food. Brunch dishes were presented beautifully and I love the tapas style serving, very good opportunity for everyone to try a number of dishes and not have to stick to one dish! All the food was hot and freshly made, drinks came extremely quickly and everywhere you look, you want to snap a picture!

The ambience is NOT what you would expect from a "Mexican" restaurant, which is not necessarily a bad thing. When I walked in, I thought I had mistakenly walked into a spa. It was pink everywhere and only women customers. Good thing I decided to stay. I ordered the fish tacos, which were phenomenal, though a bit pricey. Would definitely recommend for the food.

Once you walk in the place it had a great vibe. Very cute with the pink flower theme. Stop by to get some drinks. The hostess had us sit at the bar. We ended up getting food after we saw the choices on the menu. Birria tacos were delicious. The pork meat shredded and pulled apart. The sauce was tasty. So many great tasty drinks. I ordered the strawberry pineapple margarita. I was surprised the drink was tasty! I wanted to order the second one but we had to go on to the next bar meeting up with family. There was more we ordered but we had to quickly eat and run. Overall this place is great. Definitely want to come back when I'm back in Boston.

I went for Sunday brunch with my besties, who are always finding fun places to try. C&S sure fit the bill! Beautiful festive decor, pleasant staff, lively vibe. D wasn't quite happy with the table right behind the host station and the hostess suggested a few other locations but we decided to stay where we were. Kudos for trying, though! Two of us had already scoped out the menu ahead of time but we still struggled to choose from several delicious items. Morgan helped with details on each, and thanks to her enthusiastic reviews we made our choices. We started with drinks: a Bloody Maria (me), a Piña Colada (S) and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc (D). My Bloody Maria was tasty but a bit too spicy for me; the other drinks satisfied. The drinks menu was awesome, I wish I could have tried several of the cleverly named specialty drinks. The dishes were listed as tapas but they really were large enough so that one for each of us was more than filling. D got the chicken and waffles which come with the waffle fit into a taco holder with crispy fried chicken inside (there were two; D took one home). They came with avocado butter and your choice of a spicy syrup or regular. S and I had the Huevos Rancheros which were beautiful and full of fresh, yummy ingredients, accompanied by a soft tortilla. Our only complaint was that they lacked seasoning--we had to ask for salt to liven things up. I could taste the garnish (cilantro maybe?) but otherwise surprisingly flat for a dish with pico de gallo and black beans. Even so, the experience was a delight. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks to Morgan for taking such good care of us, making sure we had what we needed, and being a cheerful presence at our table.

I was so impressed by this place. When I made reservations for dinner I was expecting just another Mexican restaurant, but was pleasantly surprised. When you walk in you are instantly taken in by decor and music. The restaurant is filled with such fun, bold, bright pinks, florals, and murals. My boyfriend and I were mainly impressed by the service. The staff was killing it the whole night! They were kind, fast and efficient and it was noticeable. The menu is tapas styled with options for different tacos as entrees. We went the tapas route and ordered a variety of dishes. Salmon ceviche The chips and guacamole- always a must Grilled octopus Duck confit tacos Blue crab empanadas All delicious!!! If I lived in the area u would definitely come back. If you are ever in Boston make sure you make your way to the seaport area and check this place out. Make reservations prior as there could be a wait. Plenty of street parking and there's a garage located a block away.

overall an absolutely amazing experience! we came here to celebrate getting engaged and we're so glad that we did. the food was delicious - i definitely recommend trying the chips and salsa as they are house made and phenomenal. the duck confit taquitos were also delicious. my waiter was so sweet and changed out the mezcal in my drink to regular tequila for no charge after seeing that i wasn't enjoying it. the kind and considerate service really made our experience! the surprise churros at the end of our meal to celebrate were the icing on the cake. they were delicious! i would buy that dulce de leche sauce alone but together ... just WOW! such a pretty restaurant with amazing food and even better service :) we will be back soon!

The new location is absolutely stunning and their food is just as good as I remember. Was very easy getting a reservation on OpenTable which made it perfect for a date night. We were so happy with everything we ordered. Highly recommend their salmon ceviche! It was very refreshing with layers of cubed salmon, mango, and guac. It was served with some delicious house-made plantain chips. We also really enjoyed their charred octopus, birria tacos, and fish tacos. Everything had additional notes of citrus such as lime, orange or mango (hence the name) which elevated every dish. Lovely food, service, and decor. Overall, I definitely recommend Citrus & Salt if you enjoy trying innovative dishes.

I recently visited Citrus & Salt for brunch with friends on a Sunday after seeing numerous IG reels highlighting the restaurant, and it truly lived up to expectations. It's one of the most trendy restaurants I've visited, with food that looked picturesque and tasted fantastic. It was full so I recommend making a reservation ahead of time. My party had the chicken and waffle tacos, flamin' hot street corn, brunch chilaquiles, and some empanadas (not pictured) because, for once, we ate before our phones. While the food was excellent and lived up to expectations, the real stars of the brunch were the cocktails! I had a chili-mango mojito, which was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the cocktails and the beautiful decorations. Cheers!

I've done delivery here before (DoorDash) and it was ok but I highly recommend dining in. The decor is very feminine but adorable if you're doing a girl's brunch or similar. The service and food were solid, no complaints, except for the fact that the chicken was too greasy. Street parking might be a challenge depending on when you go but - hot tip - there's an outdoor parking lot very close by on Binford street that is affordable during non work hours and weekends.
